The battery safety valve, also known as the battery exhaust valve, is a valve that acts as a safety protection valve on a valve-controlled battery. When the battery is working, the internal pressure of the battery is gradually increased due to the internal reflection of the released gas. When the pressure reaches the valve opening threshold, the safety valve automatically opens to discharge the gas. After the internal pressure of the battery drops to the valve closing threshold, the safety valve automatically closes. At the same time, during this process It can prevent external gas from entering the battery and acid splashing in the battery. It can avoid the bulging and explosion caused by excessive pressure in the battery or the oxidation failure of the battery reaction solution caused by the entry of external gas into the battery.

1. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the battery safety valve is opened, and part of the gas/fluid in the system is discharged into the atmosphere/pipeline, so that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, so as to ensure that the system does not cause an accident due to excessive pressure.

2. The battery safety valve is in a normally closed state under the action of external force. When the pressure of the medium in the equipment or pipeline rises beyond the specified value, the medium pressure in the pipeline or equipment is prevented from exceeding the specified value by discharging the medium to the outside of the system. Special valve.

3. Safety valves are automatic valves, mainly used in boilers, pressure vessels and pipelines. The control pressure does not exceed the specified value, which plays an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation.
