PRODUCT FEATURES

A. Usage: Inter cell welding spot lossless and plate short circuit tester is used for automotive/tubular battery welding spot testing and plate short circuit testing.

B. Operation: the battery automatically put into this machine and positioning by fiber accurately, falling test probe in place, automatic test inter-cell welding spot and plate short circuit, if unqualified automatic acousto-optic alarm, and push the battery to unqualified area, if qualified, convey the battery into the next working procedure.

C. Feature: the machine is on constant current testing each welding spot micro voltage, after dealing with the amplified by the header shows each welding spot voltage, headers can be set on the voltage max limit, beyond the upper limit for the unqualified. Precise fast, pulse high, high sensitivity detection of breakdown current.

D. Main configuration: A3 steel frame,  Mitsubishi PLC, Delta color touch screen display, plate short circuit detector, customized millivolt meter head, Taiwan technology pneumatic components, and well-known brands such as schneider, chint low-voltage electrical appliances.
